Master Pasto 扬眉兔气 Huat Together Spend & Win - Contest Terms & Conditions
Contest Period: 28 December 2022 - 18 January 2023
1. Duration
1.1 The "Spend & Win Contest" ("Contest") is organised by Lioco Food Industries Sdn Bhd ("Organiser") shall be held from 28th December 2022, 00:00:00 to 18th January 2023, 23:59:59 (both dates inclusive) ("Contest Period").
1.2 All Contests start and end as per the contest period stipulated on its respective Terms & Conditions ("Contest Period").
1.3 The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend or terminate the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice to any party ("Extended Period"). Unless an Extended Period is announced, any participations after the end of the Contest Period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be rejected. Any participation in the Contest during the Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") which shall remain in full force and effect.
2. Eligibility & Participation
2.1 This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia (each a “Participant” and collectively, the “Participants”), aged 18 and above as of 1 January 2022. The Organiser reserves the right to request for identification document as proof and for purposes of verifying the identity of a Participant. Except for those stipulated below:
2.2 The following person(s) shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:
a) Employees of the Organiser (including its associates and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses); or
b) Representatives, employees, staff and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser (including its associated and related companies), and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses).
3. Contest Submission
3.1 To participate in this contest, participants are required to follow the steps below:-
a)Purchase a minimum amount of RM8 (Final Checkout Value after discounts, cashbacks, or any other discounts available) from any online/offline platforms of Master Pasto contest period.
b)Follow Master Pasto Facebook and Instagram within the contest period.
3.2 Participants will automatically participate in the Contest once fulfilled the criteria listed in Clause 3.1.
3.3 Each Order ID is ONLY eligible to one (1) entry throughout the Contest Period.
3.4 Participants who did not follow Master Pasto Facebook and Instagram will be disqualified automatically.
3.5 Purchases made from any other websites, platforms, or stores that sell Master Pasto listed are also eligible to participate in this Contest.
3.6 Participants may participate as many valid entries as they wish during the Contest Period. However, each Participant is only entitled to win one (1) prize during the Contest Period.
3.7 Participants will NOT receive any acknowledgment message from the Organiser to confirm on the participation entry.
4. Contest Prize
4.1 There are total of fourteen (14) prizes (“Prize”) to be won across both platforms throughout the Contest Period:-
●RM68 Touch 'n Go eWallet Credit x 3 Winner
●RM28 Touch 'n Go eWallet Credit x 10 Winners
4.2 The Organiser has the right to decide the winner(s) for each prize.
4.3 All winners are randomly selected from valid participations.
4.4 The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protests will be entertained.
4.5 Winner(s) is responsible in providing the correct details for the transmission of prizes. The Organiser disclaims all liabilities arising from any lost or unsuccessful transmission of prizes when such issue is not caused due to the Organiser’s negligence.
4.6 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize(s) of the same value, wherever it deems appropriate. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entries from any participant in the programme and prohibit that person from further participating in the programme in the event there is suspicion that there has been an attempt to tamper with the outcomes/results.
4.7 In the event of a disqualification after a Prize has been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to demand for the return of the Prize or payment of its value from the disqualified Participant.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The Organiser will select entries which have complied with Clause 3.1 as winners.
5.2 The Contest's winning mechanics will be determined by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and change the Contest's winning mechanics at their sole discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.
5.3 Participants are allowed to participate in multiple entries. However, Participants will only be selected as Winner once.
5.4 The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest including judging and selection of winners will be final, binding, and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
6. Winner Announcement
6.1 Contest Winner(s) will be selected and announced on Master Pasto Social Media Platforms within the next thirty (30) working days from the end of the Contest Period.
6.2 Organiser will contact Winner(s) via WhatsApp Message within seven (7) working days after the winner announcement. Contest Winner(s) are required to reply to the Organiser’s WhatsApp Message and provide the following details within two (2) days after the message is sent out by the Organiser:
a) Full Name as per NRIC:
b) NRIC Number:
c) Contact Number with Touch 'n Go eWallet Account:
d) Email Address:
e) Mailing Address:
6.3 The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or assign the prizes to another Contest Participant should the originally selected winners fail to provide the required details within the stipulated time frame.
6.4 Contest Prize(s) will be sent to the Contest Winner(s) according to the details given. Change of details is not allowed.
6.5 The Organiser's decision is final, and any appeal or other communication or correspondence regarding such decision will not be entertained by the Organiser.
7. Privacy Notice
7.1 To ensure compliance with any applicable laws regarding the personal data protection including but not limited to the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) (as may be revised from time to time) the Participant(s)’ information pertaining to personal data furnished to the Organiser shall be collected, stored, retained, processed, used or otherwise dealt with solely for the Contest and the transaction contemplated under the Contest and shall be in full compliance with the applicable personal data protection laws and/or PDPA and the Participant(s) is/are deemed to have consented to the same.
7.2 By participating in this Contest, you consent to Lioco Food Industries Sdn Bhd and any of its holding, subsidiary or related companies as defined in the Companies Act 2016 and service providers, agents and contractors who provide administrative and business support to us and act on our behalf (“Authorised Third Parties”) (collectively “Organiser”, “us”, “we” or “our") to process your personal information provided in the Order Details from the Seller Centre of Master Pasto’s online/offline platforms for purposes of the Contest. This includes disclosing your name to the general public when you become a winner in a contest or participate in our events by publishing your name, photographs and other personal information without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes.
7.3 The Organiser may also use your personal information for purposes of contacting and sending to you marketing and Contest information or materials about our products, services, samples, any other events or contests organised by the Organiser.
8. General
8.1 The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including to change the Contest Period, make Prize substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Participants agree that their continued participation in the Contest will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (as changed).
8.2 The Organiser, Lioco Food Industries Sdn Bhd, its, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be liable to any Participant in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Participant in the Contest, as well as the redemption and/or utilisation of any Prize won.
8.3 The Terms and Conditions of the Contest shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance the laws of Malaysia.
